Inoculations for Asia - Please find below details of what inoculations are required for your trip to Asia.

Please note that the information on this page is for guide purposes only and you should consult with your local or travel health clinic for any inoculations required for the country you will be visiting.

Country Inoculation
Cambodia Inoculations are generally not required for Cambodia however the following are advised; Boosters of tetanus. hepatitis A, typhoid. Japanese B encephalitis, rabies, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, diphtheria poliomyelitis. If you are entering from a yellow fever infected country, a yellow fever certificate is required. Always consult your health clinic first.
China Inoculations are generally not required for China however the following are advised; Boosters of tetanus, hepatitis A; typhoid, Japanese B encephalitis, rabies, diphtheria, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, poliomyelitis. If you are entering from a yellow fever infected country, a yellow fever certificate is required. Always consult your health clinic first.
India Inoculations are generally not required for India however the following are advised; cholera, typhoid, malaria. If you are entering from a yellow fever infected country, a yellow fever certificate is required. Always consult your health clinic first.
Japan Vaccines sometimes advised: Japanese B encephalitis
Laos Inoculations usually advised are tyhpoid, cholera, hepatitis A & B, tetanus and polio as well as anti-malarial protection. Always consult your health clinic first.
Malaysia Inoculations are generally not required for Malaysia however the following are advised; hepatitis A, tetanus, typhoid and polio vaccinations. If you are entering from a yellow fever infected country, a yellow fever certificate is required. Always consult your health clinic first.
Myanmar (Burma) Inoculations are generally not required for Myanmar however the following are advised; Polio, Hepatitis, Typhoid and Malaria. Always consult your health clinic first.
Philippines Inoculations are generally not required for the Philippines however the following are advised; typhoid, polio, hepatitis A, Japanese encephalitis and take advice on anti-malarials. Dengue fever can also be a problem in certain areas. Always consult your health clinic first.
Singapore Inoculations are generally not required for Singapore however the following are advised; hepatitis A; typhoid; diphtheria; hepatitis B; tuberculosis; poliomyelitis. If you are entering from a yellow fever infected country, a yellow fever certificate is required. Always consult your health clinic first.
Thailand Inoculations are generally not required for Thailand however the following precautions are advised; Malaria and Hepatitis B/typhoid vaccinations are recommended if you plan to travel to North Thailand. Always consult your health clinic first.
Vietnam Inoculations are generally not required for Vietnam however the following are advised; Polio, Meningitis, Hepatitis
B, Tuberculosis, TABT (TYPHOID, paratyphoid B and tetanus),
Cholera, Malaria, and Japanese Encephalitis. Always consult your health clinic first.
